Meer Vision permits users to place orders and buy its products through its website. All such purchases are subject to our general terms and conditions, our returns policy and this shipping policy. Please read this before you place your order.

Meer Vision will ship its products only to customers in India. At present it does not have the facility to ship to overseas individual buyers. We are entering into dealership agreements so that overseas buyers can buy from their local sellers.

Products will be shipped only after receipt of payment in full for the specified model mentioned in our shopping pages.

We will ship products within 10-15 days of receiving full payment, subject to availability of the item in stock. If not then we will inform you of the time involved and you are at liberty to wait or to cancel the order and receive full refund, no questions asked.

We pack and ship the product in its original packing which comprises of a corrugated outer box with thermocole moulded insert to protect the product against any damage during transit. The product is shipped through our approved and registered couriers.

We may include shipping charges. This will be show in the shopping pages and cart as shipping costs included. If these are shown as extra then we will clearly mention the shipping charges based on your current location.

The product will be shipped only to the address you indicate in the shipping address column. It may not be the same as your billing address. You can place the order and have us ship to another person in another location as a gift.

We take all due precautions to pack the product to prevent damages. Our couriers also take all precautions to prevent damages, labelling the outer wrapping with Handle with Care.

The delivery estimate is based on the information given to us by the courier. We are not responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control and such delays will not be a ground for seeking refund or to return the product.

Each product is thoroughly tested before it is packed and dispatched and carries our warranty card.

When you receive the package please check it for any external signs of damage. Do not accept packages that are warped, dented, open or broken. Take photos using your phone and a video of the package when it is offered for delivery by the courier.
