What is Covered under Warranty – While taking the delivery of the product from the company, if it is broken, damaged, not running, then the company will take full responsibility.

What is Not Covered under Warranty:

• The warranty is not valid if the user does not use the product as per the manual given with the product.

• The warranty is not applicable due to any loss because of natural calamity like flood, fire, earthquake etc.

• The warranty is not valid if the sticker on the back of the tv is erased for any reason, or the Customer has used local cable, or the tv has been Repaired by local shop, or the Product bill is lost.
