Meer Vision guarantees the quality and performance of its products and we aim to give top quality services to our customers to ensure absolute satisfaction. Each product is tested before being packed and dispatched. However, there may be reasons why a customer may wish to return the product.

Customers must not request for a refund of a delivered product under any circumstances. Only the product will be replaced in case the customer has not received the right product as purchased.

  • When a product has been promised to be shipped by a particular date but due to various reasons such as unavailability of stock or other external factors we are not able to ship it. IN that case a customer can ask for full refund and we will initiate refund through the same channel through which payment was made.
  • When a product was delivered and was found to be broken, damaged, defective, non-performing or otherwise not as promised and offered. In this case customers should inform us within 24 hours about the defect in the product and send us a video showing the defects. In this case we will arrange for product pick up and check the product once it is in our factory. The option is that customers can opt for replacement and we will send the same model as replacement towards the defective product.

Replacement or refund is not permitted when:

  • The product was delivered in perfect working conditions but was damaged or became defective due to user fault or misuse.
  • The customer reports a defect after the allowed period for submitting a complaint for replacement/refund/return.
  • The customer reports that the screen has been damaged after the expiry of the time period during which he is supposed to notify the company about defects for the purpose of return/replacement/refund. In any case the LED screen is not covered by guarantee.
  • The product sustains water damage.

Replacement can be effected once we verify the video of the product and confirm that there is a genuine defect and that you are eligible to receive a replacement free of cost. The replacement will be effected once we receive the defective product back in our factory.

Mode of return

Once you raise an issue a ticket is raised for the product. Our customer service executive will confirm that you can return the product to us. In that case we will arrange with our courier to pick up the product.

  • The product to be returned must be returned in the original packaging, both inside packing and outside packaging, complete with all accessories and documents accompanying the product. Our pick up courier will check and will accept the product for return only if this condition is met.
  • We will check once we receive the product in our facility. You have the option for free replacement if you are found to be eligible. If your case is not eligible we will return the product purchased back to you and no further complaints will be entertained.
